Dr Amy Hudson

Originally from Surrey in England, I graduated at The Royal Veterinary College in 2023 and chose to move to Scotland with my partner and our son. Since then I have enjoyed being on a steep learning curve at The Oaks Vet Centre. I am interested in cardiology, emergency medicine and exotics but particularly like spending the time getting to know my patients and owners when they visit.

In my free time I enjoy exploring what the South West of Scotland has to offer with my family, and gardening. I have a cat named Ali who loves a cuddle when the evenings are quiet, as long as it is on his terms (he soon lets me know if he isn't happy). I'd love to expand my pet family if I can convince my partner more pets is a good idea. Still working on that one.
