In the event of a pet being put to sleep or if a patient dies, we can offer various alternatives. Please feel free to discuss this with our staff at this difficult time. We also offer a bereavement counselling service with our nurses.

Please keep the practice informed of any change in your name and address as soon as possible so that our records are amended. It would also be helpful to have your telephone number or contact number.
